Student Attendance Monitoring System or SAMS. It is a system that monitors the students’ entry and exit from the school premises and sends SMS or Text notifications to parents or guardians. SAMS uses a scanning machine called RFID, wherein a chip, embedded in a smart ID of the student, is read as soon as the student passes through it.
Every time a student passes through the RFID, placed in the school entrance, an automatic SMS is sent to the mobile phone number registered by the student’s parent/guardian with the school.

It is a computer application whose primary function is to send instant messages, alerts and notifications to an individual or a group of people, whose mobile numbers are stored in the i-MIO’s databank. I-MIO utilizes IVR, SMS and email technology in sending information.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a technology that allows a computer to interact with humans through the use of voice. For the purpose of disseminating information, all messages will be converted into audio format using the voice of CLIENT and will be uploaded to i-MIO. The IVR system will call the mobile numbers stored in the databank to narrate the recorded messages. The system calls can be scheduled periodically and the messages can be disseminated repeatedly. It can be monthly, quarterly or even annually. Also, certail messages can be disseminated to all the mobile numbers or selected numbers only in the databank.
SMS is a messaging system where the messages are being composed in a short text and sent to a mobile phone. Text messaging is the most widely used data application in the world. Using this platform, messages of CLIENT to be disseminated will be composed using i-MIO interface. Like an IVR, messages can be scheduled periodically and can be sent to mobile numbers in the databank.
