Therapy Agency Organizer  is a total management system for therapy agencies providing its services to home health agencies. It is a web-based application that can be accessed in the internet or in the intranet setup. The system covers all aspects of therapy agency operation such as patient intake, assigning of therapist, referral and visit tracking/monitoring, document archiving, invoicing and payroll. Receiving/sending faxes, sending emails and sending/receiving sms are included as an add-ons.

Since the system is web based, it can accept referrals online from home health care agencies. Therapy agency will not be burdened of entering the patient information to the system and its correctness is not the responsibility of the therapy agency. These referrals can be viewed by date and by home health care agency for easy tracking and monitoring. The monitoring features of the system is a very useful tool in giving better service to the patients. The system shows the updated status of the patient from intake up to the recert period of the episode. List of patients per therapist and per agency can be displayed easily. The system also provides the therapy agency the list of patients who will be ending their episode and whose frequencies will be ending in the following week.

Another helpful features of this system are the ability of the system to send fax and short messages automatically. Once the therapist is assigned to the patient, a confirmation form is automatically faxed to home health care agency and the patient information like patient's name, address and contact number is send through SMS to the assigned therapist. If the referral is cancelled by the therapy agency, a cancellation form is sent to home health agency to inform of the cancellation. Also, being faxed is the confirmation form of the evaluation of the patient. In this form, the frequency and the date of evaluation are stated.

Also through the internet, the therapist can easily monitor the date of his visits to his patients. The system provides the therapist the list of his patients who are due for discharge or recertification. Previous notes are also available for viewing.

Lab-Online System  Lab-Online System links the laboratory and its clients for better coordination and giving effective care to the patients. The system takes away filling up of requisition forms and related activities from the clients as well as minimizing intervention from lab personnel. The system also provides information regarding the status of its requisition and outcome of the specimen collections. Test results can be viewed by the clients at their office work station and even generate copies for their documentation. This system provides a well coordinated tracking system of activities both by the laboratory and thier clients.

The system innovates the requisition of Lab Examinations. The system will accept any request from home health agencies, doctor's clinics and other senior facilities through the internet. The requisition form will be filled up online and once submitted is automatically downloaded from any computer in the laboratory. The request forms are readily available for printing if in case the requesting party and the laboratory want to have hard copies of the forms.

The system does not ignore the fact that some home health agencies and doctor's clinics do not utilize yet the power of the internet in their office work flow. In this kind of situations, the requesting party can still place a request through the convenience of their office fax machine.
